What's the difference between the licences for SATs Revealed KS3?
Licence 1 is for use by teachers in classrooms. The licence allows for all teachers within a single school to use the software. It is also suitable for home use, at a single address.
Licence 2 allows the software to be used by students as well as teachers, anywhere in the school.
Licence 3 allows the software to be used by students as well as teachers, anywhere (if students can access the school network from outside the school).

I'm having trouble entering the registration data. Can you help?
There are no letter Os in the code, they're zeros. Check that you've entered the dashes correctly (minus signs), and there aren't any spaces. There are detailed instructions here.
The program shows an error message about the Flash activeX. Help!
The program needs Flash 8 or higher to be installed, which it attempts to install if needed. If there is an error message when the program starts, or the program starts but doesn't display any sideshows, try installing the latest version of the flash player from www.adobe.com (you need to open this link with Internet Explorer, not Firefox or any other browser).
